Public management of childhood education: the collective work for the benefit of a significant teaching

Resumo: This scientific article proposes to develop a theoretical study on private school management in Early Childhood Education, as a way to have contact with the theories that address the importance of such sectors in conducting collective work that favors teaching and the development of kids. The research sought to build an object that promotes the discussion regarding the manager's role in offering an environment that can cooperate with other professionals and mobilize a set of activities to achieve a significant result. The methodology is based on the bibliographic review, which covers a set of authors and professionals, namely: Alves (2011); Bassi (2011); Campos (2008); Duarte (2012); Grisa (2012); Haje (2017). The importance of citing the subject is a way of reflecting that administration is not only done in the act of managing the resource and the bureaucratic system, but that involves methods, planning and organization, such as the socialization of tasks that make it possible to create a space that contributes with the relationship between the agents and to develop innovative practices. Therefore, it was analyzed that the manager should act according to the needs of the institution, considering the reality, social changes and the challenges that exist in the classroom.

A pesquisa buscou construir um objeto que promova a discussão referente ao papel do gestor em oferecer um ambiente que possa cooperar com os demais profissionais e a mobilizar um conjunto de atividades para se atingir um resultado significativo. A metodologia tem como base a revisão bibliográfica, que abrange um conjunto de autores e de profissionais, sendo eles: Alves (2011); Bassi (2011); Campos (2008); Duarte (2012); Grisa (2012); Haje (2017). A importância de citar o assunto é um modo de refletir que a administração não é feito apenas no ato de gerir o recurso e o sistema burocrático, mas que envolvem métodos, planejamento e organização, como a socialização das tarefas que possibilitam criar um espaço que contribuam com a relação entre os agentes e a elaborar práticas inovadoras.
