Guiding elements of the supervised internships: the teaching look

Resumo: The present work aimed to understand how the Supervised Internship curricular component contributes to the construction of the teaching professionalism of the students of the Degree Course in Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusophony - UNILAB. The theoretical literature consisted of authors such as Pimenta and Lima (2017), Lima (2012) and Pimenta (2005). This research is a clipping of an investigative experience. This is a qualitative research. Through the application of questionnaires, interviews, theoretical analysis and participant observation, data were collected. In this work we seek to highlight the contribution of the supervised teacher, showing her experiences about the curricular component and how it contributes significantly to the construction of teaching professionalism. The results found indicate that the internship can collaborate significantly in the construction of the professional identity of the future teacher in a critical and situated way. And that the internship must be in permanent dialogue with the school, so that we can train critical and reflective teachers.

A literatura teórica se constituiu de autores como Pimenta e Lima (2017), Lima (2012) e Pimenta (2005). Esta pesquisa é um recorte de uma experiência investigativa. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa. Através da aplicação de questionário, realização de entrevistas, análise teórica e observação participante foram coletados os dados. Neste trabalho buscamos evidenciar a contribuição da docente de estágio supervisionado, evidenciando suas experiências acerca do componente curricular e sobre como este contribui de forma significativa para a construção da profissionalidade docente. Os resultados encontrados indicam que o estágio pode colaborar de forma significativa para a construção da identidade profissional do futuro professor de forma crítica e situada.
