Resumo: | This study employs the Discursive Textual Analysis (DTA) methodology to explore teachers' conceptions of school indiscipline. Results obtained from teachers' responses indicate that indiscipline is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon involving various factors, such as lack of student motivation, family problems, social inequality, among others. The DTA methodology proved useful in analyzing these multiple dimensions of the phenomenon, allowing for a deeper and more conscious understanding of the problem. It is concluded that it is important for teachers and school administrators to use broad and contextualized approaches to address indiscipline, taking into account not only behavioral issues but also the social, cultural, and emotional dynamics involved. This way, it is possible to develop more effective solutions to deal with indiscipline and ensure a healthier and more productive school environment for all involved. |
