#Zikazero: entrepreneurship in the education as a strategy to produce neoliberal governmentality

Resumo: The article uses the campaign to combat the mosquito Aedes Aegypti developed by the Brazilian government in late 2015 and early 2016, and through this, problematize some connections between the notions of biopolitics, biopower and governmentality with what seems to us that it is presented as a production trend of entrepreneurs subjects in the education of this country. We believe that the aforementioned campaign called #ZIKAZERO, can function as an example of what appears to be a directive to education by the society to assume the role of flagship of the gradual entry of entrepreneurship in formal education. On this text we begin developing the three concepts mentioned above having as underlying theme the campaign; then we will connect education with the consumer society using the notion of entrepreneurship as the link that favors the processes back and forth between this two elements; and finally, we will show how the campaign #ZIKAZERO serves as an example to expose some of the practices associated with the movement of entrepreneurship, and as the population is called to ‘do their part’ in what be seen as a production of entrepreneurial subjectivities.

Pensamos que la campaña, denominada #ZIKAZERO, puede funcionar como un ejemplo de lo que parece ser una convocatoria a la escuela por parte de la sociedad para asumir el papel de carro jefe de la gradual entrada del emprendedorismo en la educación formal. En el texto desarrollaremos, en primer lugar, los tres conceptos antes citados, teniendo como telón de fondo la campaña en cuestión; en segundo lugar vincularemos la educación a la sociedad de consumo utilizando la noción de emprendedorismo como enlace que favorece los procesos de ida y venida entre ambas; y por último, mostraremos cómo la campaña #ZIKAZERO sirve de ejemplo para exponer algunas prácticas vinculadas al movimiento del emprendedorismo, y cómo la población está llamada a ‘hacer su parte’ en lo que parecería ser una producción de subjetividades emprendedoras.O artigo utiliza-se da campanha de combate ao mosquito Aedes Aegypti desenvolvida pelo governo do Brasil em finais do ano de 2015 e começo de 2016, e através dela problematiza algumas conexões entre as noções de biopolítica, biopoder e governamentalidade e o que parece se apresentar como uma tendência à produção de sujeitos empreendedores na educação deste país. Pensamos que a campanha, denominada #ZIKAZERO, pode funcionar como um exemplo do que parece ser uma convocação à escola por parte da sociedade para assumir o papel de carro chefe da paulatina entrada do empreendedorismo na educação formal.
