Resumo: From the convergence of ideas of authors who avidly defend the need to rethink the relationships established between the teaching of Science and the socio-political-economic context, in which the subjects participating in the educational process are invariably inserted, this The article presents its objective, which is to approach, in the light of Liberating Pedagogy, some contributions from the CTSA perspective to the process of continuing education of pedagogues. To do so, it addresses fundamental concepts from this perspective and points to its necessary approach to teaching practice, using authors such as Chrispino (2017), Costa de Lucena (2019), Freire (1996), Martins (2020) and Teixeira (2003). Such contributions point to the need for the continuing education of pedagogues to consider the relationship between Science, Society and Environment, understanding the phenomena of nature in their process of permanence and change, genesis and development, as human production in the relationship of nature's transformation.

Para ello, aborda los conceptos fundamentales de la perspectiva y apunta su necesario acercamiento a la práctica docente, utilizando autores como Chrispino (2017), Costa de Lucena (2019), Freire (1996), Martins (2020) y Teixeira (2003). Tales aportes apuntan para la necesidad de la formación de pedagogos considerados como relaciones entre Ciencia, Tecnología, Sociedad y Medio Ambiente, que comprenda los fenómenos de la naturaleza en su proceso de permanencia y cambio, génesis y desarrollo, mientras que la producción en la relación de transformación de la naturaleza.A partir da convergência de ideias de autores que defendem, avidamente, a necessidade de se repensar as relações estabelecidas entre o ensino de Ciências e o contexto sociopolítico econômico, no qual se inserem, invariavelmente, os sujeitos participantes do processo educativo, este artigo apresenta seu objetivo, o qual seja abordar, à luz da Pedagogia Libertadora, algumas contribuições da perspectiva CTSA para o processo de formação continuada de pedagogos(as). Para tanto, aborda conceitos fundamentais dessa perspectiva e aponta para sua necessária aproximação com a prática docente, lançando mão de autores como Chrispino (2017), Costa de Lucena (2019), Freire (1996), Martins (2020) e Teixeira (2003).
