Resumo: | This text aims to discuss the pedagogical work of teachers, the informational and digital competence that teachers need for their professional development, and the pedagogical practices they develop. Discusses in a dialectical and critical way the relationship between the BNCC’s digital competence that must be worked on and consolidated until the end of Basic Education and the informational and digital competence that teachers need to have for their professional development. The concept of metaverse is demonstrated and how it adapts to innovative educational practices. To this end, a brief systematic literature review was carried out, analyzed from a qualitative perspective, situating teaching methodologies and educational possibilities in the texts selected from the studied bases. Therefore, it was concluded that it is important not only to offer continuing training to teachers, but to guarantee this training, aiming to qualify them for professional practice, based on the use of digital technologies that provide informational skills. |

Discute de manera dialéctica y crítica la relación entre: la competencia digital del BNCC que debe ser trabajada y consolidada hasta el final de la Educación Básica y la competencia informacional y digital que debe tener el docente para su desarrollo profesional. Se demuestra el concepto de metaverso y cómo se adaptan a las prácticas educativas innovadoras. Para eso, se realizó una breve revisión sistemática de la literatura, analizada desde una perspectiva cualitativa, situando metodologías de enseñanza y posibilidades educativas en los textos seleccionados de las bases estudiadas. Por lo tanto, se concluye la la importancia no sólo ofrecer formación continua a los docentes, sino garantizar esa formación, con el objetivo de capacitarlos para el ejercicio profesional, basado en el uso de tecnologías digitales que proporcionen habilidades informacionales.O presente texto pretende discutir sobre o trabalho pedagógico de professores, a competência informacional e digital que o professor precisa ter para o seu desenvolvimento profissional e das práticas pedagógicas que desenvolvem. Discute de forma dialética e crítica a relação entre: a competência digital da BNCC que deve ser trabalhada e consolidada até o final da Educação Básica e a competência informacional e digital que o professor precisa ter para o seu desenvolvimento profissional. Demonstra-se o conceito de metaverso e como estas se aplicam às práticas educativas inovadoras. Para isso, realizou-se uma breve revisão sistemática de literatura, analisada numa perspectiva qualitativa, situando metodologias de ensino e possibilidades educacionais nos textos selecionados das bases estudadas.
