Resumo: | This is a study on the humanization processes present in the documents that guide the curricula of the courses, specifically the course of Pedagogy, in Brazil. The main purpose was to understand the ways in which the construction of this concept was guided in these documents. The Freirean thinking is central to the discussions brought up as it is understood that it may assist in the construction of a new pedagogical paradigm, based on the principle of training for humanization. The study was guided by a documentary research, and the data were analyzed according to a qualitative perspective. As a result, discussions about teacher training in connection with legal documents are developed. Reflections are conducted with the aim of joining legislation, teachers and researchers in a humanized way. Keywords: Humanization. Pedagogy. Official documents. |

El objetivo consistió en comprender las formas cómo la construcción de este concepto fue orientada en estos documentos. El pensamiento freiriano es el centro en las discusiones que se generan al comprender que éste puede ayudar a la construcción de un nuevo paradigma pedagógico, teniendo como principio la formación para la humanización. El estudio fue guiado por una investigación documental, y los datos fueron analizados bajo la perspectiva de la investigación cualitativa. Como resultado, se presentan discusiones sobre la formación de profesores en conexión con los documentos legales. Se tejen reflexiones con el objetivo de aproximar legislación, docentes e investigadores, de forma humanitaria. Palabras-clave: Humanización. Pedagogía. Documentos Oficiales.Trata-se de um estudo em torno dos processos de humanização presentes nos documentos que orientam os currículos dos cursos de formação de professores, mais especificamente o curso de Pedagogia, no Brasil. O objetivo consistiu em compreender as formas como a construção desse conceito foi orientada nesses documentos. O pensamento freiriano é a centralidade nas discussões trazidas por entender-se que ele pode auxiliar a construção de um novo paradigma pedagógico, tendo como princípio a formação para a humanização. O estudo guiou-se por uma pesquisa documental e os dados foram analisados pelo viés da pesquisa qualitativa. Como resultado, apresentam-se discussões em torno da formação de professores em conexão com os documentos legais. Tecem-se reflexões com o intuito de aproximar legislação, professores e pesquisadores, de forma humanizada. Palavras-chave: Humanização. Pedagogia.
