Pedagogical teacher training of the Scientific, Technological and Professional Education in Brazil: brief history and contemporary challenges

Resumo: In this article, the pedagogical training of teachers in Professional, Scientific and Technological Education is approached from a brief history, its legal aspects, the first manifestations, the perspectives and its contemporary challenges, in an attempt to highlight discussions about teacher training in the context of Professional and Technological Education. It was found, through this bibliographical review, that, since the initial preparation, this training appears to be distant from theoretical concepts that relate the World of Work and Education. This is a qualitative investigation, with a bibliographical survey of literature that discusses historical, political aspects and the challenges of training for Professional, Scientific and Technological Education in Brazil. The results point to the need to reformulate policies aimed at teacher training, especially given the expansion of the offer of Professional and Technological Education, the singularities of the modality and the demands it imposes on teachers. Professional and Technological Education.En este artículo, se aborda la formación pedagógica de profesores de Educación Profesional, Científica y Tecnológica a partir de un breve histórico, de sus aspectos legales, de las primeras manifestaciones, de perspectivas y de sus desafíos contemporáneos, en búsqueda de evidenciar las discusiones sobre la formación de profesores en el contexto de la Educación Profesional y Tecnológica. Se constató, por medio de esta revisión bibliográfica, que, desde la preparación inicial, esta formación se muestra distante de conceptos teóricos que relacionan el Mundo del Trabajo y la Educación. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, con levantamiento bibliográfico de la literatura que discute los aspectos históricos y políticos, y los desafíos de la formación para la Educación Profesional, Científica y Tecnológica en Brasil. Los resultados apuntan a la necesidad de reformulación de políticas dirigidas a la formación docente, sobre todo delante de la expansión de la oferta de Educación Profesional y Tecnológica, de las singularidades de la modalidad y de las exigencias que ésta impone a los docentes. Educación Profesional y Tecnológica.Neste artigo, aborda-se a formação pedagógica de professores da Educação Profissional, Científica e Tecnológica a partir de um breve histórico, dos seus aspectos legais, das primeiras manifestações, das perspectivas e dos seus desafios contemporâneos, em busca de evidenciar as discussões acerca da formação de professores no contexto da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica. Constatou-se, por meio dessa revisão bibliográfica, que, desde a preparação inicial, essa formação mostra-se distante de conceitos teóricos que relacionam Mundo do Trabalho e Educação. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, com levantamento bibliográfico da literatura, que discute os aspectos históricos e políticos e os desafios da formação para a Educação Profissional, Científica e Tecnológica no Brasil. Os resultados apontam para a necessidade de reformulação das políticas voltadas à formação docente, sobretudo diante da expansão da oferta da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica, das singularidades da modalidade e das exigências que esta impõe aos docentes.
