The New High School: from the difficulties of the project to its implementation (2017-2022)

Resumo: The theme of the New High School, from the difficulties of the project to its implementation in public schools in Brazil in 2022, caused many doubts/questions related to the practice in the classroom. As a result, the reform takes place in an incoherent and very complex way in the teaching units. In this context, the main objective of this research is to analyze the difficulties of implementing the New High School in three public high schools, located in: São Luís/MA, Rio Tinto/PB and Quintana/SP in 2022. Based on these assumptions, the present article is configured with a qualitative approach, in which the application of a questionnaire was used as a methodological instrument, sent to education professionals, as well as articles related to the reform of High School, to the Base National Common Curriculum, to the National Guidelines and Bases Law/1996, among others. As a result, the difficulties and obstacles that education professionals faced with the implementation of the reform with gaps in training and information for teachers were highlighted. Therefore, there was a need for discussion to understand the implementation of this project in Brazilian schools.

En consecuencia, la reforma se produce de forma incoherente y muy compleja en las unidades didácticas. En ese contexto, el objetivo principal de esta investigación es analizar las dificultades de implementación de la Nueva Escuela Secundaria en tres escuelas secundarias públicas, ubicadas en: São Luís/MA, Rio Tinto/PB y Quintana/SP en 2022. A partir de estos supuestos, el presente artículo se configura con un enfoque cualitativo, en el que se utilizó como instrumento metodológico la aplicación de un cuestionario, enviado a los profesionales de la educación, así como artículos relacionados con la reforma de la Enseñanza Media, el Plan Nacional Curricular, la Ley de Directrices y Bases Nacionales/1996, entre otros. Como resultado, se destacaron las dificultades y obstáculos que enfrentaron los profesionales de la educación con la implementación de la reforma con vacíos en la formación e información de los docentes. Por lo tanto, hubo necesidad de discusión para comprender la implementación de este proyecto en las escuelas brasileñas.A temática do Novo Ensino Médio, das dificuldades do projeto à sua implementação nas escolas públicas do Brasil em 2022, causou muitas dúvidas/indagações relacionadas à prática em sala de aula. Em virtude disso, a reforma acontece de forma incoerente e muito complexa nas unidades de ensino. Nesse contexto, o objetivo principal desta pesquisa é analisar as dificuldades da implementação do Novo Ensino Médio em três escolas públicas de Ensino Médio, localizadas em: São Luís/MA, Rio Tinto/PB e Quintana/SP em 2022. Com base nesses pressupostos, o presente artigo configura-se com uma abordagem qualitativa, em que se utilizou como instrumento metodológico a aplicação de questionário, encaminhado aos profissionais da educação, assim como buscou-se por artigos relacionados à reforma do Ensino Médio, à Base Nacional Comum Curricular, à Lei de Diretrizes e Bases Nacional/1996, entre outros. Como resultado, evidenciou-se as dificuldades, os obstáculos que os profissionais da educação enfrentaram com a implementação da reforma com lacunas na formação e informação aos docentes.
