Resumo: This study aimed to analyze the technique of enlargement of the collegiate, inaugurated by the Civil Procedure Code 2015, pursuant article 942, to replace the defunct judicial appeal of the infringing embargoes. This work, through bibliographical and documentary research, in addition to the analysis of judgments, was dedicated to describing the forecast of some internal regiments of state courts and federal regional courts, ascertaining the existence of heterogeneous forms of application of the technique that can contribute, depending on how they are foreseen, to the achievement of its effectiveness.
