Human formation between curriculum and teaching practice in the integrated high school

Resumo: | The Federal Institutes offer professional and technological education and have high school technical education as one of their objectives, which should be offered primarily in the integral modality - integrated high school. From the perspective of omnilateral, polytechnic, and integral human formation, on which this study is based, integrated high school must play a role of transposition for a broad formation of subjects, in the sense of Gramsci's unitary school. In this sense, this study aims to understand how human formation takes place in the curriculum of technical courses integrated to high school on a campus of the Federal Institute of Triângulo Mineiro and in teaching practice, focusing on the areas of Literature and History. The research is exploratory, with a qualitative approach. We used bibliographical and documentary research, with the analysis of two Pedagogical Course Projects, in addition to an open-ended question sent to Literature and History teachers. The data collected through the open-ended question were analyzed using Bardin's content analysis. The documents indicate progress, showing a growing concern with the omnilateral, polytechnic, and integral human formation of the subjects, for the exercise of citizenship and the various functions of the world of work. Teachers' testimonies point to a practice concerned with the use of themes, approaches, and methodological processes that contribute to the integral human formation, although it seems to be a result of more isolated practices. |

Desde la perspectiva de la formación humana integral, omnilateral y politécnica, la educación secundaria integrada debe desempeñar un papel de transposición para una amplia formación, como en la escuela unitaria de Gramsci. Este estudio busca comprender cómo se lleva a cabo la formación humana integral en el plan de estudios de los cursos técnicos integrados a la escuela secundaria en un campus del Instituto Federal de Triângulo Mineiro y en la práctica docente, centrándose en las áreas de Literatura e Historia. La investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, exploratorio. Utilizamos investigación bibliográfica y documental, con el análisis de dos planes de cursos, además de un cuestionario abierto a profesores de literatura e historia. Los datos de lo cuestionario fueron analizados por el análisis de contenido de Bardin. Los documentos indican avances, mostrando una creciente preocupación por la formación humana integral, omnilateral y politécnica de los sujetos, por el ejercicio de la ciudadanía y las diversas funciones del mundo del trabajo. Los testimonios de los docentes apuntan a una práctica relacionada con el uso de temas, enfoques y procesos metodológicos que contribuyen a la formación humana integral, aunque nos parece ser el resultado de prácticas más aisladas.Os Institutos Federais oferecem educação profissional e tecnológica e têm o ensino técnico de nível médio como um de seus objetivos, devendo ser ofertado prioritariamente na modalidade integral – ensino médio integrado. Sob a ótica da formação humana integral, omnilateral e politécnica, em que embasamos esse estudo, o ensino médio integrado deve ocupar um papel de transposição para uma formação ampla dos sujeitos, no sentido da escola unitária de Gramsci. Nesse sentido, este estudo busca perceber como se dá a formação humana integral no currículo dos cursos técnicos integrados ao ensino médio de um campus do Instituto Federal do Triângulo Mineiro e na prática docente, com foco nas áreas de Literatura e História. A pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa, do tipo exploratório. Utilizamos pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, com a análise de dois Projetos Pedagógicos de Cursos, além da aplicação de questionário aberto a professores de Literatura e História. Os dados coletados por meio do questionário foram analisados pela análise de conteúdo de Bardin. Os documentos indicam um progresso, mostrando uma crescente preocupação com a formação humana integral, omnilateral e politécnica dos sujeitos, para o exercício da cidadania e das diversas funções do mundo do trabalho.
