ELABORATING TEACHING CASES FOR THE LAW COURSE

Resumo: In the Law Course, the curricula guidelines have suggested the insertion of actives methodologies due the complexity of the teaching-learning process. Considering that the teaching-cases, as an active learning methodology, started in Law Course, and that its construction for this propose is limited today, this article’s objective is to examinates the possibilities of construction this methodology for Law Course. The study of qualitative approach, first involved the elaboration of a Teaching Case from the theoretical standard authors of this area. After, as a second step, this text was sent to specialists who evaluated its quality. The results shows that teaching-cases are a methodology with a great potentiality, as active methodology, for Law Course, although, its elaboration is plenty of difficulties and complexities, what demand experience and technical formation. Juridic Education.En la carrera de Derecho, las Directrices Curriculares vienen sugiriendo la inserción de metodologías activas ante la complejidad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Considerando que los casos de enseñanza, modalidad de metodología activa, se originaron en las Carreras de Derecho y mostrando que su construcción es aún limitada en la enseñanza del derecho, este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la construcción de casos de enseñanza del Derecho. El estudio con enfoque cualitativo, en un principio implicó la elaboración de un Caso de Enseñanza teniendo como referencia a autores en el área y luego presenta la evaluación de este por especialistas. Los resultados indican que los Casos de Enseñanza constituyen una metodología con potencial para provocar un aprendizaje activo, sin embargo, su elaboración es difícil y compleja, demandando experiencia y entrenamiento. Educación Jurídica.No curso de Direito, as Diretrizes Curriculares vêm sugerindo a inserção de metodologias ativas diante da complexidade do processo ensino-aprendizagem. Considerando que os Casos de Ensino, modalidade de metodologia ativa, se originaram em cursos de Direito e evidenciando-se que a construção destes ainda é limitada no ensino jurídico, o presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar a construção de Casos de Ensino para o Direito. O estudo de abordagem qualitativa envolveu a elaboração de um Caso de Ensino, tendo como referencial autores da área e, na sequência, apresenta a avaliação deste por especialistas. Os resultados indicam que os Casos de Ensino se constituem em uma metodologia com potencial de provocar a aprendizagem ativa, no entanto, a sua elaboração é difícil e complexa, demandando experiência e formação.  PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Casos de Ensino.
