Resumo: What would happen if the blackness of higher education met resistance among the knowledges most accustomed to diversity, precisely among those who take it as a value? Starting from fictional situations, lived by a fictional student, in a fictional environment, through this article I will carry out a writing exercise that allows us to imagine the problems that arise from this kind of scenario, analyzing its consequences for the ongoing opening of Brazilian higher education. I will approach these possibilities through the experiences of young Johnatan, a black man who attended undergraduate, master's and doctoral programs at a Brazilian public university during the outbreak of debates about the implementation of quotas in graduate programs. Jessica and Johnatan are students of anthropology and it will be in the face of the history and concepts of this discipline that they will live dilemmas that I hope will contribute to the improvement of affirmative action policies in Brazil.

A partir de situaciones ficticias, vividas por un estudiante ficticio, en un ambiente ficticio, a través de este artículo realizaré un ejercicio de escritura que nos permita imaginar los problemas que surgen de este tipo de escenario, analizando sus consecuencias para la apertura en curso de la educación superior brasileña. Abordaré estas posibilidades a través de las experiencias del joven Johnatan, un hombre negro que asistió a cursos de pregrado, maestría y doctorado en una universidad pública brasileña durante el estallido de los debates sobre la implementación de cuotas en los estudios de posgrado. Jessica y Johnatan son estudiantes de antropología y será frente a la historia y los conceptos de esta disciplina que vivirán dilemas que espero contribuyan a la mejora de las políticas de acción afirmativa en Brasil.O que aconteceria se o enegrecimento do ensino superior encontrasse resistência entre os saberes mais acostumados à diversidade, exatamente entre os que a tomam como um valor? A partir de situações ficcionais, vividas por um estudante ficcional, em um ambiente ficcional, através desse artigo realizarei um exercício de escrita que nos permita imaginar os problemas que decorrem desse tipo de cenário, analisando suas consequências para a abertura em curso do ensino superior brasileiro. Abordarei essas possibilidades por meio das experiências do jovem Johnatan, um homem negro que cursara graduação, mestrado e doutorado em uma universidade pública brasileira durante a eclosão dos debates sobre a implementação de cotas na pós-graduação.
