THE WORK IN SOCIO-EDUCATION: CLINICAL LISTENING TO SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL WORKERS AND ADOLESCENTS IN SEMI-FREEDOM

Resumo: This article addresses issues related to socio-educational work with a unit for adolescents fulfilling socio-educational measures in semi-freedom, based on the clinical listening of socio-educational workers and adolescents. With a theoretical-clinical and methodological basis in work psychodynamics and institutional psychology, we analyze some psychodynamic and institutional aspects of real work in socio-education in this institutional context. Among the results we highlight: suffering, loss of sense of work, stigma, illness, lack of socio-professional relations based on trust, recognition for the work of the other and cooperation. To deny suffering in the workplace and maintain the institution, we observe the use of collective defense strategies such as manly cynicism and silencing, leading to conflicts and segregation among professionals and between professionals and adolescents, promoting more suffering and illness. As well, the distancing of a living and instituting work, hindering advances in socio-education, as advocated by the ECA.

As well, the distancing of a living and instituting work, hindering advances in socio-education, as advocated by the ECA.Este artículo aborda cuestiones relacionadas al trabajo socioeducativo junto a una unidad para adolescentes cumpliendo medidas socioeducativas en semilibertad, a partir de la escucha clínica de trabajadores socioeducativos y de adolescentes. Con base teórica-clínica y metodológica en la psicodinámica del trabajo y psicología institucional, analizamos algunos aspectos psicodinámicos e institucionales del trabajo real socioeducativo en ese contexto institucional. Entre los resultados destacamos: sufrimiento, pérdida de sentido del trabajo, estigmatización, patologías, falta de relaciones socio-profesionales pautadas en la confianza, en el reconocimiento por el trabajo del otro y cooperación. Para la negación del sufrimiento en el trabajo y mantenimiento del instituido observamos el uso de estrategias colectivas de defensa como cinismo viril y el silenciamiento, acarreando conflictos y segregación entre los profesionales y adolescentes promoviendo más sufrimiento y enfermedad. Así como, el distanciamiento de un trabajo vivo e instituyente, dificultando avances en la socioeducación, tal como es preconizada por el ECAEste artigo aborda questões relacionadas ao trabalho socioeducativo junto a uma unidade para adolescentes cumprindo medidas socioeducativas em semiliberdade, a partir da escuta clínica de trabalhadores socioeducativos e de adolescentes.  Com base teórica-clínica e metodológica na psicodinâmica do trabalho e na psicologia institucional, analisamos alguns aspectos psicodinâmicos e institucionais do trabalho real em socioeducação nesse contexto institucional. Dentre os resultados destacamos: sofrimento, perda de sentido do trabalho, estigmatização, adoecimentos, falta de relações sócio profissionais pautadas na confiança, no reconhecimento pelo trabalho do outro e cooperação.  Para negação do sofrimento no trabalho e manutenção do instituído observamos o uso de estratégias coletivas de defesa como cinismo viril e o silenciamento, acarretando conflitos e segregação entre os profissionais e adolescentes promovendo mais sofrimento e adoecimento.
