Resumo: The paper analyzes the factors that influence the work of teachers in the curriculum recontextualization process. A case study of a professional education institution in the state of Goiás was carried out with documentary analysis and interview. The interlocutors of the research were seven professors, being two professors of the technical área and five of the common nucleus. The study was carried out from the notion of curricular recontextualization and teaching work from the perspective of ergology. The following factors that influence the curricular recontextualization of the teachers participating in the research were identified: organization of pedagogical work, teachers' life history and the social meaning of the institution, personal dimension and socioeconomic character of the work, students, disciplinary field, area of expertise, professional experience, educational and curricular policies and the values of teachers.

Se realizó un estudio de caso de una institución de educación profesional en el estado de Goiás con análisis de documentos y entrevista. Los interlocutores de la investigación fueron siete profesores, dos del área técnica y cinco del núcleo común. El estudio se realizó desde la noción de recontextualización curricular y el trabajo docente desde la perspectiva de la ergología. Se identificaron los siguientes factores que inciden en la recontextualización curricular de los docentes participantes de la investigación: organización del trabajo pedagógico, historia de vida de los docentes y el sentido social de la institución, dimensión personal y el carácter socioeconómico del trabajo, estudiantes, campo disciplinar, área de especialización, experiencia profesional, políticas educativas y curriculares y los valores de los docentes.Le texte analyse les facteurs qui influencent le travail des enseignants dans le processus de recontextualisation curriculaire. Une étude de cas d'un établissement d'enseignement professionnel dans l'État de Goiás a été réalisée avec analyse de documents et entretien. Les interlocuteurs de la recherche étaient sept professeurs, deux du domaine technique et cinq du tronc commun. L'étude a été menée à partir de la notion de recontextualisation curriculaire et du travail pédagogique sous l'angle de l'ergologie. Les facteurs suivants qui influencent la recontextualisation curriculaire des enseignants participant à la recherche ont été identifiés : l'organisation du travail pédagogique, l'histoire de la vie des enseignants et le sens social de l'institution, la dimension personnelle et le caractère socio-économique du travail, les étudiants, le champ disciplinaire, domaine d'expertise, expérience professionnelle, politiques éducatives et curriculaires et les valeurs des enseignants.O texto analisa os fatores que influenciam no trabalho dos professores no processo de recontextualização curricular. Foi realizado um estudo de caso de uma instituição de educação profissional do estado de Goiás com a realização de análise documental e entrevista. Os interlocutores da pesquisa foram sete professores, sendo dois professores da área técnica e cinco do núcleo comum. O estudo foi realizado a partir da noção de recontextualização curricular e do trabalho docente pela perspectiva da ergologia.
