Use of ludic in biochemical routes teaching

Resumo: | The ludic facilitates the learning process through a greater interaction of students and the worked themes. The biochemistry content is complex, and should be taught in several courses, mainly in the health area. The objective of this work was to adopt a set of ludic activities to teach the main biochemical routes of nutritional interest. Didactic Sequences and cooperative and individual activities were used to transmit and evaluate knowledge. The teacher was characterized by different characters. In the presentation of the course grades (Fundamental Biochemistry - CBI250 and Nutrition Biochemistry - NUR200) descriptive statistics were used. There was a great interaction between colleagues and the subjects worked in cooperative activities, and a good individual work. There was no disapproval, and the class had a higher final average grade in the discipline Biochemistry of Nutrition (NUR200) in both genders and in the total assessment. It was concluded that the teaching practices with Didactic Sequences and cooperative and individual activities made it possible to understand, in a simpler and more direct way, Biochemistry and its metabolic routes. |

El contenido de la bioquímica es complejo y debe enseñarse en varios cursos, especialmente en salud. El objetivo de este trabajo fue adoptar un conjunto de actividades lúdicas para enseñar las principales rutas bioquímicas de interés nutricional. Se utilizaron secuencias didácticas y actividades cooperativas e individuales para transmitir y evaluar el conocimiento. El profesor se caracterizó por diferentes personajes. En la presentación de las calificaciones del curso (Bioquímica Fundamental - CBI250 y Bioquímica Nutricional - NUR200) se utilizaron estadísticas descriptivas. Hubo una gran interacción entre colegas y los sujetos que trabajaron en actividades cooperativas, y un buen trabajo individual. No hubo desaprobación, y la clase tuvo una calificación final promedio más alta en la disciplina de Nutrición Bioquímica (NUR200) en ambos sexos y en la evaluación total. Se concluyó que las prácticas de enseñanza con las secuencias didácticas y las actividades cooperativas e individuales permitieron comprender, de manera más simple y directa, la bioquímica y sus rutas metabólicas.O lúdico facilita o processo de aprendizagem pela maior interação dos alunos e os temas trabalhados. O conteúdo de Bioquímica é complexo e deve ser ministrado a vários cursos, principalmente naqueles da área da saúde. O objetivo do trabalho foi adotar um conjunto de atividades lúdicas para ensinar as principais rotas bioquímicas de interesse nutricional. Utilizaram-se de Sequências Didáticas e de atividades cooperativas e individuais para transmitir e avaliar o conhecimento. A professora caracterizou-se de diferentes personagens. Na apresentação das notas das disciplinas (Bioquímica Fundamental - CBI250 e Bioquímica da Nutrição - NUR200) utilizou-se a estatística descritiva. Houve uma grande interação entre os colegas, com os assuntos trabalhados em atividades cooperativas, e um bom trabalho individual. Não houve nenhuma reprovação, e a turma apresentou uma maior nota média final na disciplina Bioquímica da Nutrição (NUR200) em ambos os gêneros e na avaliação total.
