Use of ludic in biochemical routes teaching

The ludic facilitates the learning process through a greater interaction of students and the worked themes. The biochemistry content is complex, and should be taught in several courses, mainly in the health area. The objective of this work was to adopt a set of ludic activities to teach the main biochemical routes of nutritional interest. Didactic Sequences and cooperative and individual activities were used to transmit and evaluate knowledge. The teacher was characterized by different characters. In the presentation of the course grades (Fundamental Biochemistry - CBI250 and Nutrition Biochemistry - NUR200) descriptive statistics were used. There was a great interaction between colleagues and the subjects worked in cooperative activities, and a good individual work. There was no disapproval, and the class had a higher final average grade in the discipline Biochemistry of Nutrition (NUR200) in both genders and in the total assessment. It was concluded that the teaching practices with Didactic Sequences and cooperative and individual activities made it possible to understand, in a simpler and more direct way, Biochemistry and its metabolic routes.
