Resumo: This study is the outcome of the project "The Curriculum of the Nursing Graduate Course of the Federal University of Minas Gerais under evaluation: a contribution to improve its quality". Its purpose was to evaluate the agreement of the curricular change proposals and the planning of new curriculum subjects. Through documental analysis, it was ascertained that the content of the basic course does not correspond to nursing practice. Both repetition and gaps were observed in the content of the Nursing School subjects and the need for a better fit to the theoretical/methodological concept of the new curriculum.

Both repetition and gaps were observed in the content of the Nursing School subjects and the need for a better fit to the theoretical/methodological concept of the new curriculum.Este artículo trata sobre el estudio que es el producto del proyecto "El currículo del Curso de graduación en enfermería de la EE/UFMG en evaluación: una contribución para mejorías de su calidad", que tuvo el objetivo evaluar la consonancia entre las concepciones de la propuesta de mudanza del currículo y la planificación de las disciplinas del nuevo currículo. Fueron utilizados análisis de documentos. Se constató que las disciplinas del ciclo básico no hacían correlación de sus contenidos com la práctica de enfermería. Se observó la repetición y la ausencia de contenidos en las disciplinas y la necesidad de adecuación de estas a las concepciones teórico-metodológica del marco conceptual del nuevo currículo.Este trabalho é produto do projeto "O currículo do Curso de Graduação em Enfermagem da EEUFMG em avaliação: uma contribuição para melhoria de sua qualidade", que teve o objetivo de avaliar a consonância entre as concepções da proposta de mudança curricular e o planejamento das disciplinas do novo currículo. Utilizou-se análise documental. Constatou-se que as disciplinas do ciclo básico não fazem correlação dos seus conteúdos com a práxis da enfermagem.
