Resumo: MARTINS, Eliza da Silva Peron. Hybridism of literary genres, discourse and languages in Wilson Bueno. Três Lagoas, 2020. 404 f. Thesis (Doctor Degree, Literary Studies) – UFMS / Campus of Três Lagoas. The literary criticism marks Wilson Bueno's work as original, with its own diction and, especially, with creative inventiveness. How do distinguish the inventiveness of this writer? One of the aspects relapses in the manipulation of language, in particular in the book Paraguayan Sea (1992), by the mixture of Portuguese, Spanish and Guarani languages, in order to create another language. Our purpose is evidenced that the author’s ingenious character is not restricted to the hybridism in the linguistic sphere, this particularity is expanded when Bueno, in his literary creation, amalgams the hybridism of literary genres, discourse and languages. We believe this hybrid perspective should be highlighted as a creative process. We also demonstrate that Bueno's different ways of architecting hybridism occur through the peculiar and original use of complex forms, fragmentations, parody, prose poetry, short stories, “flash fiction” and “microfiction”, converging on a hybrid construct intensified by the multiplicity and enriched of new elements in deviation with the narratives that serve as the source. The research was divided into three chapters to confirm our thesis. We highlight the relevance of the survey of Wilson Bueno's critical fortune and elaborate in the appendices a panel of existing studies (theses, dissertations, articles, essays, abstracts, reviews, releases, among others), which focus on the diversity of perspectives in the writer's works or about the hybrid composition, in the first chapter. The survey of critical fortune contributed to the analysis of the pluralistic aspects of hybrid in his poetics and the relevance of his “inventive” works for contemporary Brazilian literature. The second chapter is a theoretical one, in which we outline a discussion of literary genres, the genres of discourse to the different forms and degrees of the dialogical orientation of discourse and languages. The third chapter articulates with the purpose of the thesis: to verify, highlight and analyze the different hybridisms in Bueno's narratives as ars poetica. To signal the proposal, our research focused on two works: Meu tio Roseno, a cavalo (2000) [My uncle Roseno, by horse] and A copista de Kafka (2007) [Kafka’s copyist]. At end, hybridism rises as a literary strategy that defines the writer’s style and particularizes his literary creation. Keywords: Contemporary Brazilian fiction. Critical fortune. Literary genres and Language Discourse Hybridism. Meu tio Roseno, a cavalo.
