Resumo: | This work aims to identify the conceptions that students have about microbiology, as well as to assist the work of teachers through an approach with different teaching resources, which promotes the absorption of information efficiently. The study was carried out at the State School Emília Esteves Marques in Carangola, Minas Gerais. The sample number was 101 students, aged between 15 and 18 years old, divided into 04 high school classes. Students were analyzed through questionnaires in a theoretical class with various practical activities. The use of these didactic resources proved to be efficient in the teaching of microbiology, as it allowed to verify the increased interest of students, promoting effective participation, enabling the association of contents in the classroom and daily life. |

El estudio se llevó a cabo en la Escuela Pública Emília Esteves Marques de Carangola, Minas Gerais. La muestra fue de 101 estudiantes, con edades comprendidas entre los 15 y los 18 años, divididos en 04 clases de secundaria. Los estudiantes fueron analizados a través de cuestionarios en una clase teórica con diversas actividades prácticas. El uso de estos recursos didácticos resultó ser eficaz en la enseñanza de la microbiología, ya que permitió constatar el creciente interés de los estudiantes, promoviendo la participación efectiva, posibilitando la asociación de contenidos en el aula y la vida cotidiana.O presente trabalho tem por objetivo identificar as concepções que os alunos apresentam sobre microbiologia, bem como auxiliar o trabalho dos professores através de uma abordagem com diferentes recursos didáticos, que promova absorção das informações de forma eficiente. O estudo foi realizado na Escola Estadual Emília Esteves Marques em Carangola-Minas Gerais. O número amostral foi de 101 alunos, de faixa etária entre 15 a 18 anos, dividida em 04 turmas do ensino médio. Os alunos foram analisados por meio de questionários em aula teórica com diversas atividades práticas.
