THE PRACTICE OF THE GOOD TEACHER IN INITIAL TRAINING FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF STUDENTS OF THE BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN ZONA DA MATA MINEIRA AND ASPECTS

Resumo: It identified and analyzed characteristics inherent to a good teacher, present in the pedagogical practices of teachers working in initial training, from the perspective of academics of the degree course in Physical Education. From a qualitative research, through semi-structured interviews with professors working in the degree course in Physical Education, it was possible to infer that good practices result from the adoption of critical strategies and methodologies by professors with a view to instigating autonomous thinking in students, mastery of specific content, relationship of empathy and closeness with their students in order to try to understand their difficulties in learning and use of proactive behavior in the search to help students during the taught subject. In addition, it was noticed that these teachers are concerned with updating the theoretical references of the themes and contents worked on in their classes. On the other hand, even though they recognize the importance of linking teaching, research and extension, they reported the impossibility of carrying it out, given a series of factors that negatively imply full effectiveness in the academic environment of initial training.

A partir de una investigación cualitativa, a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas con profesores que actúan en la carrera de Educación Física, fue posible inferir que las buenas prácticas resultan de la adopción de estrategias y metodologías críticas por parte de los profesores con miras a instigar el pensamiento autónomo en los estudiantes, dominio de contenidos específicos, relación de empatía y cercanía con sus alumnos para tratar de comprender sus dificultades en el aprendizaje y uso de conductas proactivas en la búsqueda de ayudar a los alumnos durante la materia impartida. Además, se percibió que estos docentes se preocupan por actualizar los referentes teóricos de los temas y contenidos trabajados en sus clases. Por otro lado, si bien reconocen la importancia de vincular la docencia, la investigación y la extensión, denunciaron la imposibilidad de realizarla, dada una serie de factores que implican negativamente la plena efectividad en el ámbito académico de la formación inicial.O presente estudo identificou e analisou características inerentes ao bom professor, presentes nas práticas pedagógicas de docentes atuantes na formação inicial, na perspectiva de acadêmicos do curso de licenciatura em Educação Física. A partir de uma pesquisa qualitativa, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com professores atuantes no curso de licenciatura em Educação Física, foi possível inferir que as boas práticas decorrem da adoção de estratégias e metodologias críticas pelos professores com vistas a instigar o pensamento autônomo dos alunos, domínio do conteúdo específico, relação de empatia e proximidade com os seus estudantes no intuito de procurarem entender suas dificuldades na aprendizagem e emprego de conduta proativa na busca de auxiliar os alunos no decorrer da disciplina lecionada. Ademais, percebeu-se que esses professores se preocupam com a atualização dos referenciais teóricos dos temas e conteúdos trabalhados nas suas aulas.
