MONITORING THE SUPERVISED INTERNSHIP IN THE PEDAGOGY COURSE: analysing the supervisors' working conditions

Resumo: This article presents the results constructed in the development of research activities carried out in the Post-Doctorate in Education internship, linked to the Post-Doctoral Researcher Program, of the Post-Graduate Program in Education of the Faculty of Edu-cation of the State University of Campinas. This study is part of the Research Line for Teacher Training and Teaching Work, of the Group of Studies and Research in Continuing Training. The general objective of the research was to analyze, based on the Pedagogical Project of the Course, the conditions for monitoring the Supervised Internship in the Pedagogy Course, offered by the universities. The specific objectives of the investigation were: to identify and describe the norms and assumptions that underlie the conditions for monitoring the Supervised Internship in the Pedagogical Project of the Pedagogy Course; to analyze the principles and rules that regulate the conditions for monitoring Supervised Internship, by supervisors, in the Pedagogical Project of the Pedagogy Course. In this sense, the central focus of the investigation was the Pedagogical Project of the Pedagogy Course of two universities located in the state of Piauí. Based on the theme of monitoring the Supervised Internship, the relationship between the supervisors' working conditions and the internship conceptions, assumptions, theoretical foundation, menus and other guidelines for conducting the internship are discussed. Thus, according to the time available to carry out a Post-Doctoral research, of a qualitative nature and based on a socio-historical dimension, based on studies by leading authors, the analyzes show the need for the Pedagogical Project of the Pedagogy Course to express also how the relationship between the supervisors' working conditions and the work to be carried out will take place, in a perspective that can contribute to the Supervised Internship, in fact, fulfilling its important role in teacher training.

El objetivo general del estudio fue analizar, a partir del Proyecto Pedagógico del Curso, las condiciones para el seguimiento de la Pasantía Supervisada en el Curso de Pedagogía. Como objetivos específicos, la investigación buscó: identificar y describir las normas y supuestos que subyacen las condiciones para el seguimiento de la Pasantía Supervisada; analizar los principios y normas que regulan las condiciones para la supervisión de la Pasantía Supervisada, por los supervisores, presentada en el Proyecto Pedagógico del Curso de Pedagogía. En este, el foco central fueron los Proyectos Pedagógicos del Curso de Pedagogía de dos universidades ubicadas en el estado de Piauí. Se discutió, a partir de la temática del seguimiento de la Pasantía Supervisada, la relación entre las condiciones laborales de los supervisores y las concepciones de la Pasantía, supuestos, fundamentación teórica, menús y otras pautas para la realización de la Pasantía. Así, según el tiempo disponible para la realización de una investigación Postdoctoral, de carácter cualitativo y con base en una dimensión sociohistórica, fundamentado en estudios de autores de referencia, los análisis muestran la necesidad de que el Proyecto Pedagógico del curso de Pedagogía exprese también como se desarrollará la relación entre las condiciones laborales de los supervisores y ele trabajo a realizar, en una perspectiva que pueda contribuir para que la Pasantía Supervisada, de hecho, cumpla su importante papel en la formación docente.No presente artigo apresentamos os resultados construídos no desenvolvimento das atividades de pesquisa realizada no âmbito do Programa de Pesquisador de Pós-doutorado da Faculdade de Educação da UNICAMP. O estudo teve como objetivo geral analisar, a partir do Projeto Pedagógico do Curso, as condições de acompanhamento do estágio supervisionado no Curso de Pedagogia. Como objetivos específicos, a investigação procurou: identificar e descrever as normas e pressupostos que fundamentam as condições de acompanhamento do estágio supervisionado; analisar os princípios e regras que regulamentam as condições de acompanhamento do estágio supervisionado, por parte dos supervisores, apresentadas no Projeto Pedagógico do Curso de Pedagogia.  O foco central foram os Projetos Pedagógicos do Curso de Pedagogia de duas universidades situadas no estado do Piauí. Discutimos, a partir da temática do acompanhamento do estágio supervisionado, a relação entre as condições de trabalho dos supervisores e as concepções de estágio, pressupostos, fundamentação teórica, ementas e demais diretrizes para realização do estágio.
