Funbosque: remuneration of teachers from a public foundation for providing environmental education in the islands of Belém/PA

Resumo: This paper article the composition and evolution of the remuneration of teachers at the Reference Center for Environmental Education at Escola Bosque Professor Eidorfe Moreira de Belém/PA, understood as an objective condition for carrying out and valuing the teaching work. The period analyzed was from 2009 to 2019; the methodology used was the dialectical-historical materialism. It is concluded that the initial remuneration of Funbosque teachers still guarantees attractiveness in the career, as it presents values higher than those paid to teachers from the same educational network, who have links with other schools in the network, as well as the averages received by teachers from networks state, municipal and federal of the North region and Brazil. However, it is important to highlight that the remuneration of Funbosque teachers is composed mostly (67.2% on average) by bonuses, which can generate immediate and future impacts on the remuneration of these professionals, given that it is a transitory element, which can be withdrawn at any time, such as upon retirement.

O período analisado foi de 2009 a 2019, a metodologia utilizada foi o materialismo histórico dialético. Conclui-se que a remuneração inicial dos professores da Funbosque ainda garante atratividade na carreira, visto que apresenta valores superiores àqueles pagos a professores da mesma rede de ensino, que possuem vínculo com outras escolas da rede, bem como às médias recebidas por professores de redes estaduais, municipais e federal da região Norte e Brasil.
