Resumo: The purpose of this article is to identify, describe and analyze the configurations of the position, career and remuneration plan of public teachers of the state of Acre in the context of national and local public policies of teacher appreciation related to its remuneration. The study has a documentary nature, with survey and analysis of the educational legislation promulgated since the 1990s. Data comparison is supported on literature review. At the state level, the study focuses on the analysis of the legislation that established the plan until the last changes in 2017. It contributes to the discussions concerning the teaching profession, the intense relationship and the conflicts between the class entities and the state government. It highlights the achievements, the movement, the changes in the organization and the loss of value of the remuneration of state teachers.

No plano estadual, o estudo foca as análises sobre a legislação que instituiu o plano até as últimas alterações, em 2017. Contribui com as discussões em torno do quadro do magistério, a intensa relação e os conflitos entre as entidades de classe e o governo estadual.
