The affective interation between teacher and student configures as a requirement to development intelectual student’s, as to social. For this, it’s essential that the educator look at the educating as a person in development in all social dimensions. In the light of this assumption, we believe that the motivation by the teacher has a important decision during the teaching and learning, therefore, to this happens, it’s necessary under the classroom, a favorable relationship between the guys, where the teacher is dealing with creating didatic situations whose motivate their studentes, dealing with the course contents and your respective school activites. To that end, we noticed and we look at the perfomance by three teachers in classrooms at a public school in Natal to see the occurrence of affectivity in the pedagogical relationship between teacher and students. This is a exploratory and descriptive study that it falls within of qualitative search supported in the theoretical thinking Vygotsky, Henri Wallon, Paulo Freire, Piaget, Goleman among other. After the incursion into the school whose is the object of study, where the observations showed what we take as assumption theoretical. It was noted the students, whose their teacher showd a higher level of love, they got a improved performance in the close of school year.
