Moral harassment is a very old problem that has the potential to cause many problems for victims and even for businesses where harassment occurs. Knowing the importance and seriousness of the theme, the author of this work decided to develop a research with the students of the administration course of the Federal University of Sergipe on the theme and the consequences of it. This paper aims to present concepts and information about moral harassment and its consequences, but mainly aims to collect and present information about the knowledge and experience of students of the administration course of the Federal University of Sergipe on this harassment. To reach these objectives, bibliographical references were used in the subject and an online questionnaire, developed by the author of this work, was also used, which collected information from the students in question, without identifying them. With the information collected, calculations were made in proportion to the amount of answers given to each option of the answers. The analysis of the answers was made taking into account what was presented in the theoretical reference. Already in the final considerations the author of the work presented his considerations on all work and the result of the research, besides making suggestions for future researches. The results of this work point to the need for more awareness and creation of mechanisms to combat moral harassment.
