The research in hand seeks to confer the construction of an administrative criticity that contemplates the ecological relations of the administration in the formation of the future managers. For this purpose, the objective was to analyze the existence of an administrative ecology an a guiding route for a more critical analytical formation of these. The data for this analysis were collected through interviews with the professors of the Administration Department of the Federal University of Sergipe and with the students of the course who are already in the process of finalizing it. Subsequently, the data were treated by the technique of content analysis, revealing that teachers and students perceive in a contrasting way the existence of a balance between technical and human subjects offered by the course that allow the construction of an administrative criticality in the student, however both agree that the course needs a modernization in its teaching methodologies to offer the student greater critical and humanistic sense that will raise the quality of their work, acting for social and collective well-being, once the market is established. Finally it is considered that the courses of Administration have a long way to go so that they can balance the teaching methodologies that offer the future manager a more mathematical, technical and managerialist thinking with teaching methodologies that approach the dialectic and that offer the student sense critical and humanistic approach to applying Management Science to improve the organization beyond the organization, taking into account the social environment in which the company / organization is inserted and the environmentalists' warnings regarding the environmental care that needs to be measured
