PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN BNCC: PROCEDURES, CONCEPTS AND EFFECTS

Resumo: In an attempt to meet the social demands arise public policies that envision guide the construction of curriculum proposals for systems and educational units. Among them, there is the construction of a National Base Curriculum Common, conducted by the Ministry of Education in partnership with the National Council of Education Secretaries and the Union of Municipal Education Managers. As participants in the drafting process of the two drafts that came to the stall of the public debate, we intend to contribute to the discussion about the Physical Education component and register a look behind the scenes of the process. So we try to give visibility to the procedures for preparing the document, the concepts that guided the work and the effects that are expected to cause.

So we try to give visibility to the procedures for preparing the document, the concepts that guided the work and the effects that are expected to cause.En un intento de responder a las demandas sociales surgen las políticas públicas que vislumbran guiar la construcción de las propuestas del plan de estudios para los sistemas y unidades educativas. Entre ellos, se encuentra la construcción de una Base Nacional Común, llevada a cabo por el Ministerio de Educación en colaboración con el Consejo Nacional de Secretarios de Educación y la Unión de Dirigentes Municipales de Educación. Como participantes en el proceso de redacción de los dos proyectos que llegaron a la caseta del debate público, tenemos la intención de contribuir a la discusión sobre el componente de educación física y registrar una mirada detrás de las escenas del proceso. Así que tratamos de dar visibilidad a los procedimientos para preparar el documento, los conceptos que guiaron el trabajo y los efectos que se espera que causen.Na tentativa de atender às demandas sociais surgem políticas públicas que vislumbram orientar a construção de propostas curriculares para os sistemas e unidades educacionais. Dentre elas, destaca-se a construção de uma Base Nacional Curricular Comum, conduzida pelo Ministério de Educação em parceria com o Conselho Nacional de Secretários de Educação e a União dos Dirigentes Municipais de Educação. Como participantes do processo de elaboração das duas versões preliminares que vieram à baia do debate público, pretendemos contribuir com a reflexão acerca do componente Educação Física e registrar um olhar sobre os bastidores do processo.
