Resumo: The study aimed to analyze the intercultural contributions of the teaching of Chinese games to the training of students in Physical Education classes. For this, the research is configured as qualitative of the participant type, where the procedures for data collection were the filming and the participant observation, while for the analysis we subsidized the content analysis technique. The data obtained indicated that the teaching of Chinese games in Physical Education classes, contributed significantly to the students to get to know another culture, and in the process they also developed cognitive and motor skills through their practice. With this, we conclude that the presence of these games in the school environment favors the intercultural formation of a critical subject who knows other contexts and cultures.

With this, we conclude that the presence of these games in the school environment favors the intercultural formation of a critical subject who knows other contexts and cultures.  El estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar las contribuciones interculturales de la enseñanza de juegos chinos a la formación de los estudiantes en las clases de Educación Física. Para ello, la investigación se configura como cualitativa del tipo participante, donde los procedimientos para la recolección de datos fueron el rodaje y la observación participante, mientras que para el análisis subsidiamos la técnica de análisis de contenido. Los datos obtenidos indicaron que la enseñanza de juegos chinos en las clases de Educación Física, contribuyó significativamente a que los estudiantes conocieran otra cultura, y en el proceso también desarrollaron habilidades cognitivas y motoras a través de su práctica. Con eso, concluimos que la presencia de estos juegos en el ámbito escolar favorece la formación intercultural de un sujeto crítico que conoce otros contextos y culturas.O estudo objetivou analisar as contribuições interculturais do ensino dos jogos chineses para a formação dos estudantes nas aulas de Educação Física. Para isto, a pesquisa configura-se como qualitativa do tipo participante, onde os procedimentos para coleta dos dados foram as filmagens e a observação-participante, enquanto que para a análise nos subsidiamos da técnica de análise de conteúdo. Os dados obtidos indicaram que o ensino dos jogos chineses nas aulas de Educação Física, contribuiu de forma significativa para que os estudantes conhecessem outra cultura, e no processo também desenvolvessem competências cognitivas e motoras através da sua prática.
