The importance of working conditions for the construction of pedagogical documentation from the perspective of the quality in Early Childhood Education

Resumo: The article discusses the relationships between teaching working conditions and the production of pedagogical documentation in early Childhood Education, focusing on the relevance of paid hours in the teaching day for the purpose of supporting planning from a collective and formative perspective. The study methodology, of a qualitative nature, involved documentary analysis and survey of the state of the issue in academic production. The results of the literature review point to the importance of teacher development policies, focusing on remuneration, including other stages of basic education. In relation to pedagogical documentation, the works emphasize its potential for evaluating children's development and learning, without showing any relationship with working conditions. We highlight the need for studies on the topic focusing on the specificities of early childhood education.

We highlight the need for studies on the topic focusing on the specificities of early childhood education.No presente artigo, são discutidas as relações entre as condições de trabalho docente e a produção da documentação pedagógica na Educação Infantil, pondo em foco a relevância da carga horária remunerada na jornada docente para a sustentação do planejamento em uma perspectiva coletiva e formativa. A metodologia do estudo, de natureza qualitativa, envolveu a análise documental e o levantamento do estado da questão na produção acadêmica. Os resultados da revisão da literatura apontam a importância das políticas de valorização docente, com foco na remuneração, incluindo outras etapas da educação básica. Quanto à documentação pedagógica, os trabalhos enfatizam o potencial desta para a avaliação do desenvolvimento e das aprendizagens das crianças sem evidenciar a sua relação com as condições de trabalho.
