MISMATCH ON ACESSIBILITY POLICIES AND BRAZILIAN SIGN LANGUAGE SCREEN WINDOW PATTERNS IN AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTIONS FINANCED BY ANCINE

Resumo: This article presents an analysis of Libras windows inserted in audiovisual productions financed by ANCINE and delivered to Brazilian Cinemateca. The survey of the productions took place by direct contact with the producers and the analysis was carried out based on the proposal of NBR 15.290 of the ABNT and the Guide for Accessible Audiovisual Productions of the Ministry of Culture. 25 productions were analyzed and it was found that official regulations are not considered in most productions with Libras windows. The analysis also points out the mismatch between the creation of accessibility policies and their implementation and adherence in the audiovisual market.

Foram analisadas 25 produções e constatou-se que as normativas oficiais não são consideradas em boa parte das produções com janelas de Libras.
