ACCESSIBLE AUDIOVISUAL TRANSLATION: AN INTEGRATIVE REVIEW OF THESIS AND DISSERTATIONS IN CEARÁ IN THE PERIOD FROM 2009 TO 2019

Resumo: This paper is an integrative review that analyzed theses and dissertations that dealt with subtitling for the deaf and the window of Libras, in Ceará, from 2009 to 2019. Its procedures are based on an integrative literature review as a methodological approach. The quantitative analysis evidenced the need for more research to be carried out in the area, as only seven works were found in the LSE area (and none in “Libras Window” area). Furthermore, the qualitative analysis suggests that the subtitling parameters that ensure a good understanding of the message by the deaf need to be better observed.

Os procedimentos desta pesquisa se embasam na revisão integrativa de literatura enquanto abordagem metodológica. A análise quantitativa evidenciou a necessidade de mais pesquisas serem realizadas na área, pois apenas sete trabalhos foram encontrados na área de LSE (e nenhum na área de Janela de Libras).
