Resumo: This study aims to understand the teacher’s knowledge of Physical Education in a School of Soccer. This is a qualitative study was carried out through observation, interviews and field diaries. The theoretical framework addresses the subject of teaching knowledge and vocational training. The discussion was organized in two categories of analysis: the necessary knowledge and the construction of the knowledge. The identification of common knowledge to Initiation and Training, suggests that this transversality reinforce the importance of unique training under discussion in the CNE.

Se trata de un estudio cualitativo a través de observaciones, entrevistas y diarios de campo. El marco teórico aborda el tema del conocimiento docente. La discusión se organizó en dos categorías de análisis: los conocimientos necesarios y la construcción de los conocimientos. La identificación de conocimiento común a la iniciación y formación, muestra que la incorporación de la perspectiva sugiere la importancia de la formación única en discusión en el CNE.Este estudo tem por objetivo compreender os saberes docentes do professor de Educação Física em uma Escolinha de Futebol. É um estudo de natureza qualitativa realizado através de observações, entrevistas e diários de campo. O referencial teórico aborda a temática dos saberes docentes e formação profissional. A discussão foi organizada em duas categorias de análise: os saberes necessários e a construção dos saberes.
