Building a situated knowledge stemmed from the interaction in the forums of bachelor’s degree of education - Language arts (Spanish) in distance education

Resumo: We problematize teaching and learning in distance education to produce knowledge about their specificities and to promote a quality experience in this context. Therefore, we approach Bakhtin's notions of interaction and language (2003), Situated Knowledge by Souto Maior; Lima (2017), and aspects of distance education by Moore (1997) and others. Our methodology is qualitative and ethnographic, and it is based on Applied Linguistics (MOITA LOPES, 2006). We observed, with data analysis, that there is more interaction and better quality when aiming at situated knowledge. We conclude, then, that the quality of the interaction has implications for the degrees of pedagogical detachment.

Así, abordamos nocionesde interacción y lenguaje de Bajtín (2003), Saber Situado de AUTOR (2017) y aspectos de la EaD de Moore (1997) yotros. Nuestra metodología es cualitativa, de orientación etnográfica, y está fundamentada en la Lingüística aplicada(MOITA LOPES, 2006). Observamos, con el análisis de datos que hay más interacción y de mejor calidad cuando seapunta a un saber situado. Concluimos, luego, que la calidad de la interacción tiene implicaciones en los grados de distanciamiento pedagógico.Problematizamos o ensino e a aprendizagem na EaD para produzirmos conhecimento sobre suas especificidades e para promovermos uma experiência de qualidade nesse contexto. Assim sendo, abordamos noções de interação e linguagem de Bakhtin (2003), Saber Situado de AUTOR (2017) e aspectos da EaD de Moore (1997) e outros. Nossa metodologia é qualitativa, de cunho etnográfico, e está fundamentada na Linguística aplicada (MOITA LOPES, 2006). Observamos, com análise de dados, que há mais interação e de melhor qualidade quando se visa um saber situado.
