Resumo: | This study discusses evidence of spontaneous and scientific concepts presented in Vygotski's sociocultural theory through data generated during the development of PIBID actions, an English-language subproject. Student-teachers and area supervisors were interviewed about how they built their learning/development experiences and how these concepts were present. The course of the research was anchored in the molds of the qualitative research of ethnographic basis carried out through qualitative interviews analyzed by the interpretative bias. The data indicated that participation in the program promotes the development of scientific concepts, but also spontaneous ones. Both are important for the student-teacher in initial training. |

Este estudo discute indícios de conceitos espontâneos e científicos apresentados na teoria sociocultural vigotskiana mediante dados gerados durante o desenvolvimento de ações do PIBID, subprojeto de língua inglesa. Foram ouvidas alunas-professoras e professora supervisora de área sobre como construíram suas experiências de aprendizagem/desenvolvimento e como esses conceitos se fizeram presentes. O percurso da pesquisa ancorou-se nos moldes da pesquisa qualitativa de base etnográfica realizada por meio de entrevistas qualitativas analisadas pelo viés interpretativista. Dados indicaram que a participação no programa promove o desenvolvimento de conceitos científicos, mas também os espontâneos.
