Resumo: | This study aims to analyze the curricular internship contributions in formation and professionalization of teachers. The references come from literature in the field, experience gained as a teacher of Internship and action in Commissions of Undergraduate and Internships.In teacher's formation, questions about the gap between university education and professional practice are frequent. The false dichotomies about the relations between bachelor and undergraduate degrees, theory and practice, and basics and pedagogical disciplines do not contribute to the understanding and resolution of the problem. It is necessary to ensure in the undergraduate courses projects an integrated and solid academic formation both in basic and pedagogical areas of the course. The way trainee is inserted in schools should provide autonomy for effective professional practice. Apart from overcoming legal obstacles, it will be necessary to draw up interships projects which include the subjects directly involved: advisor teacher of the University, trainee and supervisor teacher of the grantor unit. |

Las referencias provienen de la literatura en el área, las experiencias obtenidas como profesor de pasantías y actuando en comités de pregrado y pasantía. En la formación del profesorado, a menudo se hacen preguntas sobre la distancia entre la educación universitaria y la práctica profesional. Las falsas dicotomías sobre las relaciones de soltero y soltero, la teoría y la práctica, y las disciplinas básicas y pedagógicas no contribuyen a comprender y resolver el problema. En los proyectos de los cursos de pregrado, debe garantizarse una formación académica integrada y sólida en el área básica del curso y en el área pedagógica. El modo de inserción del interno en las escuelas debería proporcionar autonomía para el ejercicio profesional efectivo. Además de superar las barreras legales, será necesario desarrollar proyectos de pasantías que incluyan los temas directamente involucrados: asesor universitario, pasante y supervisor de la unidad de concesión.O estudo objetiva analisar contribuições do estágio curricular na formação e profissionalização de professores. Os referenciais provêm de literatura na área, experiências obtidas como professor de Estágio e atuação em Comissões de Licenciaturas e Estágios. Na formação de professores são frequentes os questionamentos acerca do distanciamento entre formação universitária e exercício profissional. As falsas dicotomias sobre as relações bacharelado e licenciatura, teoria e prática e disciplinas básicas e pedagógicas não contribuem para a compreensão e resolução do problema. Há que se assegurar nos projetos dos cursos de licenciatura formação acadêmica integrada e sólida na área básica do curso e na área pedagógica. O modo de inserção do estagiário nas escolas deve propiciar autonomia para o exercício profissional efetivo.
