Placing the worker as a fundamental part of the Brazilian economic cycle, the theme of the labor reform is analyzed, which took place in 2017, by Law n. 13,467/17, to ascertain the impacts that covered the changes in the CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). The general objective of this work was to research national publications on labor reform from 2017 to 2023, analyzing the impacts caused after the implementation of the reform, such as the increase in informal work and the decrease in labor lawsuits in the country. The research had a qualitative and descriptive approach, with the use of bibliographic research that underlies the data analysis. "Google Scholar" was used as a tool for selecting research that supported the bibliometric analysis of this study, with twenty-three research being selected, such as “Bachelor Thesis”, Dissertation, research published in newspapers, magazines and papers presented at conferences. The years with the most studies found were concentrated in 2018 and 2019, of the seven years covered. 65.23% of the surveys were “Bachelor Thesis”, with the highest percentage of the total identified.
