Resumo: This article deals with the List of Procedures and Events in Health prepared by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS), in order to improve discussion about if the regulation promoted by the ANS has an exemplary or an exhaustive character, by analyzing what has the Superior Court of Justice said about it at the judgment of the Especial Appeal 1.733.013/PR.
