Participatory management and motivation in pedagogical spaces

Resumo: The scarcity of studies linking the practice of participatory management with motivational strategies, together with the interest in verifying how this process happens in pedagogical spaces, guided this work. The objective was to analyze the motivational strategies used by managers to obtain the participation of individuals in the management of pedagogical spaces. Qualitative research was used and, as a method of data collection, bibliographic research and semi-structured interview were used. Three respondents from the pedagogical space of an educational institution in the North Region participated in the study. It was evident that all respondents are interested in effectively participating in management processes, however, the study revealed that only the manager of the researched space participates in all these processes. It is assumed that this motivation has an effectively subjective background, revealing an internal desire of individuals. Which leads us, from Maslow's pyramid, that the motivation of the respondents can be associated with social needs and esteem needs.

El objetivo fue analizar las estrategias motivacionales utilizadas por los directivos para lograr la participación de los individuos en la gestión de los espacios pedagógicos. Se utilizó la investigación cualitativa y, como método de recolección de datos, se utilizó la investigación bibliográfica y la entrevista semiestructurada. Participaron del estudio tres informantes del espacio pedagógico de una institución educativa de la Región Norte. Se evidenció que todos los encuestados están interesados ??en participar efectivamente en los procesos de gestión, sin embargo, el estudio reveló que solo el gestor del espacio investigado participa en todos estos procesos. Se supone que esta motivación tiene un trasfondo efectivamente subjetivo, revelando un deseo interno de los individuos. Lo que nos lleva, desde la pirámide de Maslow, a que la motivación de los encuestados puede estar asociada a necesidades sociales y necesidades de estima.  A escassez de estudos vinculando a prática da gestão participativa com estratégias motivacionais, aliada ao interesse em verificar como esse processo acontece nos espaços pedagógicos, norteou esse trabalho. O Objetivo foi analisar as estratégias motivacionais utilizadas pelos gestores para obter a participação dos indivíduos na gestão de espaços pedagógicos. Foi utilizado a pesquisa qualitativa e como método de coleta dos dados, pesquisa bibliográfica e entrevista semiestruturada. Participaram do estudo três respondentes do espaço pedagógico de uma instituição de ensino da Região Norte. Evidenciou-se que todos os respondentes têm interesse em participar efetivamente dos processos gerenciais, todavia, o estudo revelou que apenas o gestor do espaço pesquisado, participa de todos esses processos. Supõe-se que essa motivação tenha um fundo, efetivamente, subjetivo, revelando um desejo interno dos indivíduos.
