Qualification of entrepreneurs in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Minas for the insertion in digital environments of e-commerce

Resumo: | One of the main pillars of the Santa Cruz de Minas/MG municipality’s economy is the production and sale of handicrafts and wooden furniture. The city benefits from regional tourism to sell its products, but with the pandemic and its restrictions, sales have decreased. In this context, this project aimed to qualify local entrepreneurs, enabling the insertion of their products in e-commerce to increase their revenues. The project worked in an interdisciplinary manner with fellows who had had previous training through courses. Materials were prepared on the digital market tools, in addition to training each company, according to its demands. Despite the lack of time and little technological knowledge, entrepreneurs were ready to optimize practices used in their ventures. Because of that, they have generated a gain in quality in managing social networks and other tools. |

Because of that, they have generated a gain in quality in managing social networks and other tools.La economía del municipio de Santa Cruz de Minas, en Minas Gerais, tiene como uno de los principales pilares la producción y venta de artesanías y muebles de madera. El municipio se beneficia del turismo regional para la comercialización de sus productos, pero, con las restricciones de la pandemia de COVID-19, las ventas disminuyeron. En ese contexto, se desarrolló un proyecto que tuvo como objetivo capacitar a los emprendedores locales, posibilitando la inserción de sus productos en el e-commerce, para aumentar sus ingresos. El proyecto fue trabajado de manera interdisciplinaria por los becarios con el propósito de preparar materiales sobre herramientas de mercado digital y considerando las demandas de cada empresa. A pesar de la falta de tiempo y del poco conocimiento tecnológico, los empresarios se mostraron dispuestos a optimizar las prácticas empleadas en sus propios emprendimientos y, con eso, ampliar la calidad de gestión de las redes sociales y otras herramientas.A economia do município de Santa Cruz de Minas, no estado de Minas Gerais, tem como um dos principais pilares a produção e a venda de artesanato e de móveis de madeira. O município se beneficia do turismo regional para a comercialização de seus produtos, porém, com as restrições provenientes da pandemia COVID-19, as vendas diminuíram. Nesse contexto, foi desenvolvido um projeto que teve como objetivo capacitar os empreendedores locais, propiciando a inserção de seus produtos no e-commerce, para aumentar suas receitas. O projeto trabalhou de forma interdisciplinar com bolsistas que tiveram um treinamento prévio por meio de cursos. Foram elaborados materiais sobre as ferramentas do mercado digital considerando as demandas de cada empresa.
