A princípio, será feita breve análise histórica percorrendo desde a sua criação da Justiça do Trabalho em 1939 até o advento da Emenda Constitucional n° 45/2004, em que serão destacadas as lutas e conquistas dos trabalhadores ao longo do período. At first, a brief historical analysis will be made, ranging from its creation in 1939 until the advent of Constitutional Amendment 45/2004, highlighting the struggles and achievements of workers throughout history.
