Teacher training plans in Argentina (2007-2019): a reading from the political dimension

Resumo: | In this article we analyze the textual surfaces of the Teacher Training Plans of Argentina in the period 2007-2019, trying to recognize the significantes maestros that set the senses of the teaching policies. The Plans, from a political-centered perspective of inquiry, along the lines of Discourse Theory and Political Discourse Analysis, constitute practices that articulate discursive configurations of teacher training. In them, we recognize fixations of meaning that, on the one hand, seek to rebuild an identity for the formative system and, on the other, organize the discursive field around the signifier of professional capacities. Los Planes, desde una perspectiva de indagación centrada en lo político, en la línea de la Teoría de Discurso y el Análisis Político de Discurso, constituyen prácticas que articulan configuraciones discursivas de la formación docente. En las mismas reconocemos fijaciones de sentido que, por un lado, procuran la reconstrucción de una identidad para el sistema formador y, por otro, organizan el campo discursivo en torno al significante de las capacidades profesionales.Dans cet article, nous analysons les des surfaces textuelles des plans de formation des enseignants de l’Argentine pour la période 2007-2019, en essayant de reconnaître les signifiants maestros qui définissent les sens des politiques d’enseignement. Les plans, dans une perspective de recherche centrée sur le domaine politique, sur la ligne de la Théorie du Discours et de l’Analyse Politique du Discours, constituent des pratiques qui articulent des configurations discursives de la formation des enseignants. En eux, nous reconnaissons des fixations de sens qui, d’une part, essaient de reconstruire une identité pour le système formatif et, d’autre part, organisent le champ discursif autour du signifiant des capacités professionnelles.Neste artigo, analisamos as superfícies textuais dos Planos de Formação Docente da Argentina no período 2007-2019, tentando reconhecer os significantes “maestros” (Professores do Ensino Fundamental) que definem os sentidos das políticas docentes. Os Planos, desde uma perspectiva de indagação centrada no político, na linha da Teoria do Discurso e da Análise Política do Discurso, constituem práticas que articulam configurações discursivas da formação docente.
