AN ANALYSIS OF AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Resumo: The work in question refers to an experience which tookplace in an educational institution. The theoretical reference therein wasthat of the Institutional Analysis and the concepts used as priorities for theanalysis were: the institution understood as a manner which produces andreproduces social relationships; transversatility; implication and analyser.The operation was developed at a State first grade and high school of theState of Espirito Santo Educational System. The analysing devices builtup for the analysis were groups and assemblies. We observed as consequenceof the work developed, a gradual increase in the organization of the teaching participants. The teachers who participated in the analysisbegan a commom process of administrative and teaching techniques, allowinga more effective participation of these professionals in the establishmentin question.

O referencial teórico utilizado foi o da Análi­se Institucional e os conceitos priorizados foram instituição, entendida como a forma que produz e reproduz as relações sociais; transversalida­de; implicação e analisador. A intervenção se desenvolveu numa escola de 1° e 2° Graus da Rede Estadual de Ensino do Espírito Santo. Os dis­positivos analisadores construídos foram os grupos e as assembléias. Observamos como conseqüência do trabalho desenvolvido um gradativo aumento da organização do corpo docente. Os professores que participa­ram da análise iniciaram um processo coletivo de mudanças administrati­vas e pedagógicas, viabilizando uma atuação mais efetiva desses profis­sionais no estabelecimento em questão.
