PEDAGOGICAL COORDINATION AND CONTINUED TEATCHER TRAINING IN SCHOOL SPACE

Resumo: This article is an overview of the research carried out in the Professional Master’s Degree in Education - UFFS / Campus Erechim, defended in August 2018, and aims to “Understand the relevance of the work of the pedagogical coordinator in conjunction with the actions linked to the continuing education of teachers in the space of the basic education school”. The study sought to reflect on weaknesses and possibilities that emerge from the initial formation of teachers and, therefore, require processes of continuing education. The search to qualify the teaching practice is an effective way to improve the quality of teaching in basic education. When looking at the relationship between theory and practice in school daily life, the study pointed out the importance of strengthening the relationship between coordinator and coordinated, as a way to achieve successes in continuing education, as well as in the pedagogical processes carried out at school.

El estudio buscaba reflexionar sobre las debilidades y posibilidades que surgen de la formación inicial de los profesores y, por lo tanto, requieren procesos de educación continua. La búsqueda de calificar la práctica docente es una manera efectiva de mejorar la calidad de la enseñanza en la educación básica. Al analizar la relación entre la teoría y la práctica en la vida diaria escolar, el estudio señaló la importancia de fortalecer la relación entre coordinador y coordinado, como una forma de lograr éxitos en la educación continua, así como en los procesos pedagógicos realizados en laescuela.Este artigo é um recorte da pesquisa realizada no Mestrado Profissional em Educação – UFFS/Campus Erechim, defendida em agosto de 2018, e tem como objetivo “Compreender a relevância do trabalho do coordenador pedagógico em articulação com as ações vinculadas à formação continuada de professores no espaço da escola de educação básica”. O estudo buscou refletir sobre fragilidades e possibilidades que emergem da formação inicial de docentes e, por isso, demandam processos de formação continuada. A busca por qualificar a atuação docente é uma maneira efetiva para melhorar a qualidade do ensino na educação básica.
