Resumo: The nocturnal secondary education presents administrative and pedagogical difficulties that must be investigated. Thus, this article study had as objective to analyze the characteristics of the Physical Education developed in the nocturnal secondary education of the public state system of education of Florianópolis – SC. The data to be spoon through questionnaire validated for this study. The sample counted on 82 students and 08 teachers. It can be concluded that the educational legislation on the time and the number of weekly lessons to be respected. The majority of the students is adolescent, worker, with low wage, and to accomplish sports and walked in the leisure time. The investigated teachers they possess qualification and experience in the teaching. The strategy of education more used is the reciprocal evaluation; the education technique is the practical lesson. The “Perspective of the physical activity related to the health” and the “Perspective humanist” is the more used. Students and teachers had identified physiological, psychological and pedagogical aspects relevant of the Physical Education.

Así, este artículo busca analizar las características de la educación física desarrollada en la educación media nocturna de la red pública de la educación del estado del Florianópolis – SC. Los datos habían sido recogidos a través del cuestionario validado para este estudio. La muestra contó en 82 alumnos y 08 profesores. Puede ser concluido que la legislación educativa viene siendo seguida acerca de la duración y el número de lecciones semanales. La mayoría de los alumnos es adolescente, trabajadores, con de baja remuneración, que practican deportes y caminadas en el su tiempo de ocio. Los profesores presentan calificación y experiencia en la enseñanza. La estrategia usada de enseñanza más utilizada es la evaluación recíproca, la técnica de la enseñanza es la lección práctica. La “Perspectiva de la actividad física relacionada con la salud” y la ”Perspectiva humanista“ fueron las más citadas. Los alumnos y los profesores habían identificado los aspectos fisiológicos, psicológicos y pedagógicos relevantes de la educación física.O ensino médio noturno apresenta dificuldades administrativas e pedagógicas que devem ser investigadas. Assim, este artigo objetivou analisar as características da Educação Física desenvolvida no ensino médio noturno da rede pública estadual de ensino de Florianópolis – SC. Os dados foram coletados através de questionário validado para este estudo. A amostra contou com 82 alunos e 08 docentes. Pode-se concluir que a legislação educacional sobre o tempo e o número de aulas semanais vem sendo atendida. A maioria dos alunos são adolescentes, trabalhadores, com baixa renda, que praticam esportes e caminhadas no lazer. Os docentes investigados apresentam qualificação e experiência na docência. A estratégia de ensino mais empregada é a avaliação recíproca, a técnica de ensino é a aula prática. A “Abordagem da atividade física relacionada à saúde” e a “Abordagem humanista” são as mais utilizadas.
