Resumo: This is an account of interdisciplinary experience developed at the Faculty of Technology Mayor Hirant Sanazar - FATEC, in the disciplines Logic of Programming and Fundamentals of Communication and Expression. The project aimed to work on the skills, competences and attitudes of students, necessary to contribute positively to the strengthening of quality in the industrial and commercial sectors. Active Methodology activities were carried out, involving problem-based learning (PBL- Problem Based Learning) and creativity in problem solving, based on creative learning (Creative Learning), respecting the standards of the Hitozukuri philosophy. The result has evolved in terms of student participation and interest in understanding new concepts. Interactive workshops and games with developed concrete material were presented at the end of semester event for the community.

A proposta emergiu de ações para contribuir para a implantação de qualidade nos cursos superiores de tecnologia (CST) do Centro Paula Souza (CPS). Denominado “Somos Seres em Construção, estamos em constante Manutenção”, o projeto objetivou trabalhar habilidades, competências e atitudes dos discentes, necessárias para contribuir positivamente no fortalecimento da qualidade nos setores industriais e comerciais, utilizando os padrões da filosofia Hitozukuri e a criatividade na resolução de problemas. O resultado apresentou evolução quanto a participação e interesse dos alunos na compreensão de novos conceitos, assim como o despertar da conscientização da importância da qualidade no setor industrial e comercial.
