Active methodologies in the professional master's degree in health education: expanding the spaces for knowledge construction

Resumo: | This article aims to reflect on the theoretical contents and practices carried out with the use of active methodologies in a discipline of the Professional Master in Health Education (MPES), as well as on the impact of these methodologies in the construction of knowledge, bringing the universe closer professional and the gym. This is an experience report, with a qualitative approach, which brings the experiences of the first author in the classes of Theoretical-Philosophical Concepts and Teaching Practices, at the MPES of the Aurora de Afonso Costa School of Nursing/Universidade Federal Fluminense, in the year 2019. This discipline had the challenge of leading the master's students of technical and compartmentalized thinking of their daily activities to the academic universe, using authors such as Freire, Berbel, Bachelard, Pedro Demo, Fazenda and Perrenoud, which made it possible to approach philosophical thinking with the practice of health professionals. It is noteworthy that the reading of theorists and the methodology used enabled the critical and reflective analysis of professional practices, in addition, the confrontation of different authors, actors and sources favored the sharing of scientific knowledge and a new professional posture, bringing the academy closer to services . It is considered that there is a good way to go, but these small changes must be valued, after all, when used in the professional master's degree, they make it possible to qualify teaching, research and assistance. |

Este es un informe de experiencia, con un enfoque cualitativo, que trae las experiencias del primer autor en las clases de Conceptos Teórico-Filosóficos y Prácticas de Enseñanza, en el MPES de la Escuela de Enfermería Aurora de Afonso Costa/Universidade Federal Fluminense, en el año 2019. Esta disciplina tuvo el desafío de guiar a los estudiantes de maestría de pensamiento técnico y compartimentado de sus actividades diarias al universo académico, utilizando autores como Freire, Berbel, Bachelard, Pedro Demo, Fazenda y Perrenoud, lo que permitió abordar el pensamiento filosófico con La práctica de los profesionales de la salud. Es de destacar que la lectura de los teóricos y la metodología utilizada permitió el análisis crítico y reflexivo de las prácticas profesionales, además, la confrontación de diferentes autores, actores y fuentes favoreció el intercambio de conocimientos científicos y una nueva postura profesional, acercando la academia a los servicios. Se considera que hay un buen camino por recorrer, pero estos pequeños cambios deben ser valorados, después de todo, cuando se usan en la maestría profesional, permiten calificar la enseñanza, la investigación y la asistencia.Este artigo tem o objetivo de refletir sobre os conteúdos teóricos e as práticas realizadas com o uso de metodologias ativas em uma disciplina do Mestrado Profissional em Ensino na Saúde (MPES), bem como sobre o impacto dessas metodologias na construção do conhecimento, aproximando o universo profissional e a academia. Trata-se de um relato de experiência, com abordagem qualitativa, que traz as vivências da primeira autora nas aulas da disciplina Concepções Teórico-Filosóficas e Práticas de Ensino, no MPES da Escola de Enfermagem Aurora de Afonso Costa/Universidade Federal Fluminense, no ano de 2019. Essa disciplina teve o desafio de conduzir os mestrandos do pensamento técnico e compartimentado de suas atividades cotidianas para o universo acadêmico, utilizando autores como Freire, Berbel, Bachelard, Pedro Demo, Fazenda e Perrenoud, que possibilitaram realizar aproximações do pensamento filosófico com a prática dos profissionais de saúde. Destaca-se que a leitura dos teóricos e a metodologia utilizada possibilitaram a análise crítica e reflexiva das práticas profissionais, ademais, o confronto de diferentes autores, atores e fontes favoreceu o compartilhamento do conhecimento científico e uma nova postura profissional, aproximando a academia dos serviços.
