Resumo: This study aimed to analyze the Learning Styles of 25 students from a third-year high school class of a state school located in the municipality of Rio Sono in Tocantis - TO. The Learning Styles reflected as individuals' educational selections and their possible knowledge that the teacher can interfere in the use of different methodological methods as a way to favor the teaching and learning process. In this research it was possible to verify that in the same class there are students with different learning styles and, also, different levels of preference. It is considered that student-oriented learning favors their understanding of the contents, but the teacher must know how to balance his teaching methodologies for the purpose of studying students' learning styles, when necessary, so that they can leave their zone of comfort and adding different skills.

Los Estilos de Aprendizaje reflejan las preferencias educativas de los individuos y su conocimiento permite al docente intervenir en el uso de diferentes estrategias metodológicas como una forma de favorecer los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje. En esta investigación se pudo constatar que en una misma clase hay alumnos con diferentes Estilos de Aprendizaje y, también, diferentes niveles de preferencia dentro de los polos. Se considera que el aprendizaje dirigido a las preferencias del alumno favorece su comprensión de los contenidos, sin embargo el docente debe saber equilibrar sus metodologías de enseñanza para poder contrarrestar los Estilos de Aprendizaje de los Estudiantes, cuando sea necesario, para que puedan salir de su zona. comodidad y adquirir diferentes habilidades.Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar os Estilos de Aprendizagem de 25 estudantes de uma turma do terceiro ano do ensino médio de uma escola estadual situada no município de Rio Sono em Tocantins - TO. Os Estilos de Aprendizagem refletem as preferências educacionais dos indivíduos e o conhecimento dos mesmos possibilita que o docente possa intervir no uso de diferentes estratégias metodológicas como forma de favorecer os processos de ensino e aprendizagem. Nesta pesquisa foi possível verificar que em uma mesma classe existem estudantes com diferentes Estilos de Aprendizagem e, também, diferentes níveis de preferência dentro dos polos.
