Resumo: | The purpose of this text is to carry out an analysis of the trajectory of Human Rights Education in Brazil, from the debates on the theme in the period of re-democratization, to the publication of the National Guidelines. This is a theoretical study of a bibliographic and documentary nature, of a qualitative character. As a result, it is inferred that the inclusion of Human Rights Education in Brazilian education may lead to a more critical and democratic education. |

Se trata de un estudio teórico de carácter bibliográfico y documental, de carácter cualitativo. Como resultado, se infiere que la inclusión de la Educación en Derechos Humanos en la educación brasileña puede conducir a una educación más crítica y democrática.O presente texto teve por objetivo realizar uma análise da trajetória da Educação em Direitos Humanos no Brasil, desde os debates sobre o tema no período da redemocratização, até a publicação das Diretrizes Nacionais. Trata-se de um estudo teórico de cunho bibliográfico e documental, de caráter qualitativo.
