Egresses from a licensing course in mathematics, from a public university of the state of Paraná-Brazil: potentially acting or potentially inactive

Resumo: In this article we aimed to outline the profile of students licenciados from the Mathematics Degree course at Unespar - Campo Mourão, to then share with teachers, other students of the course and future entries, what are their expectations and disappointments as Graduated from university. For this purpose, studies were carried out on the institution's documents and an analysis in a questionnaire applied to graduates of the Mathematics degree course, from the years 2011 to 2017, we used the methodological content analysis tool. With this we identified that students who participate in programs with PIC and PIBID are potentially active in the area of their training, while students who did not participate in programs are considered as potentially inactive in the area of their training, we intend to enable research and tactics that collaborate for a policy follow-up of these academics, aiming to contribute for future mathematics graduates to choose teaching. With this research we intend to enable research and tactics that collaborate for a policy of monitoring these academics, aiming to contribute for future mathematics graduates to choose teaching. We highlight how important it is for alumni who were able to somehow enjoy other activities at the university other than teaching, be it research projects, extension or teaching projects.

Para ello, se realizaron estudios sobre documentos de la institución y un análisis en un cuestionario aplicado a los egresados de la carrera de Matemáticas, de los años 2011 a 2017, se utilizó la herramienta de análisis de contenido metodológico. Con esto identificamos que los estudiantes que participan en programas con PIC y PIBID son potencialmente activos en el área de su formación, mientras que los estudiantes que no participaron en programas son considerados como potencialmente inactivos en el área de su formación, pretendemos posibilitar investigaciones y tácticas que colaboren para una política. Con esta investigación académicos, con el objetivo de contribuir para que los futuros egresados de matemáticas opten por la docencia. Reforzamos la importancia de que los estudiantes de pregrado "vivan" la universidad para que puedan participar en proyectos de investigación, programas de iniciación a la investigación y docencia. Destacamos lo importante que es para los egresados que de alguna manera pudieron disfrutar de otras actividades en la universidad distintas a la docencia, ya sean proyectos de investigación, extensión o proyectos docentes.Neste artigo tivemos como objetivo traçar o perfil dos alunos que egressaram no curso de Licenciatura em Matemática da Unespar – Campo Mourão, para então, compartilhar com professores, outros alunos do curso e futuros ingressos, quais as expectativas e decepções nos primeiros anos de formados. Para tal intento, foram realizados estudos em documentos da instituição e uma análise em um questionário aplicado aos egressos do curso de licenciatura em Matemática, dos anos de 2011 a 2017, utilizamos da ferramenta metodológica análise de conteúdo. Com isso identificamos que alunos que participam de programas com PIC e PIBID  são potencialmente atuantes na área de sua formação, enquanto alunos que não participaram de programas são considerado como potencialmente inativo na área de sua formação. Com essa pesquisa pretendemos possibilitar pesquisas e táticas que colaborem para uma política de acompanhamento desses acadêmicos, almejando contribuir para que futuros licenciados de matemática optem pelo magistério. Reforçamos a importância dos acadêmicos dos cursos de licenciaturas “viverem” a universidade de modo que possam participar, de projetos de pesquisas, programas de iniciação a pesquisa e a docência.
